Tim O’Neil was the embodiment of RISE's mission of ensuring the educational success of the children of incarcerated parents through scholarships and mentoring. The loss of Tim on May 13, 2022 remains difficult even to this day. In his memory, RISE established the Timothy M. O’Neil Scholarship Fund which supports the educational success of one of our scholars at a private school.

In addition to mentoring, Tim and his wife Tricia have sponsored multiple students over the years through our scholarship program. Last year, your generosity raised over $20,000 for the Timothy M. O’Neil Scholarship Fund. We are so appreciative of your support and hope you will consider a gift in Tim’s memory. Once again, thanks to the generosity of the O’Neil family, all donations will be matched through June 30^th. ‍
